Update engine version used in your game project

• reinstall oxygengine-ignite:

  cargo install oxygengine-ignite --force
  OXY_UPDATE_PRESETS=1 oxygengine-ignite --help
  

• update oxygengine dependency version in Cargo.toml to point to the latest engine version.
